Becoming a mother has changed me completely—my body, my insights, my perception of life and most certainly, my commitment to taking care of myself, humanity and Mother Earth.
I remember it so vividly—the summer of 2022, hiking in the Swiss mountains with our family. The fresh, clean air, the serene landscape, the abundant beauty that surrounded us. Ice-cold glacier water rushing down the mountains and delicious spring water we could tap straight from the source in every village. For the first time in my life, I truly realized that this precious water I had always taken for granted—flowing from the tap, served in restaurants, bottled on store shelves—was coming straight from Mother Earth.
For the first time in my life, I truly realized that this precious water I had always taken for granted, was coming straight from Mother Earth.
It was one of those realizations that seem obvious, yet when it truly clicks, it changes everything. In that moment, as I sipped this pristine, crystalline water, I felt as though Mother Earth herself was speaking to me.
Awakened, conscious, illuminated—you can call it what you like. But for me, something snapped, shifted, triggered, electrolyzed. And there was no way I could go back.
I dove deep into the world of water, a realm I never expected to be so fascinating. True miracles revealed themselves, and I began to connect with this sacred element on a profound level. She—the birther of life—was not just here to quench our thirst. She became my greatest ally, guiding me in ways I never could have imagined.
From uncovering the secrets of water and the mystical depths of her wisdom to bridging the seen and unseen—she led me to the path of working with sacred sound, reconnecting with my body as a vessel of creation and gifting me the magic of confidence, integrity and the true unfolding of my soul’s purpose.
We are all bodies of water, vibrating and relating to one another and the universe. Once we begin to understand this, we can open ourselves to the world on an entirely new level.
It is my honor to guide you on this path of homecoming—to open your senses to the invisible world through the elements, sound and the white tantric teachings of Tibetan philosophy that I hold dear to my heart.
