Ritual

Set intention and prepare mindfully:
∴ Use 20-40g ceremonial cacao per person
∴ Mix with hot (not boiling) water to preserve its medicinal properties
∴ Add spices
∴ Stir with a wooden spoon and blend with molinero or mixer
∴ Drink with presence
